Ok guys, basically my pc has stopped playing games properly....fps down to like 5 (highest it goes is 12 but is too too laggy to play!) :'( Soooo, i just wanna know, why it was working at like 40-50 FPS just 2 months ago, and now it's dropped, and how i can check/improve it etc! It's really frustrating tho, so advice please!

Some people are like Slinkies. They’re not really good for anything; but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs!
Sapphire is card manufacturer, Radeon is ATI family, Download correct drivers from http://www.amd.com currently v9.9
Take off side panel and check all fans are clear and working, both cpu & gpu will slow down if they're overheating.
Download TeamViewer QuickSupport from http://www.teamviewer.com/download/index.aspx
and CPU-Z & HWMonitor from http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php and http://www.cpuid.com/hwmonitor.php
then xfire me

try an amd phenom x3 or x4, ati 4850, 4gb ddr800 and a ati chipset board to suit your budget
ati/amd better bang per buck than intel
