Hello Peeps,

Hope everyone is well, sorry I've been like a ninja recently....not in sight but always behind you looking kick arse! :)

I've been busy with work, my new fitness regime (P90x), expanding my koi pond (its bloody huge!) and playing ArmA2 when I do have a minute.

Apparently yeah incubation is 7 days so i must have caught it in the airport or on the plane by my calculations, lucky enough i had little symptoms till i got home.
