Thanks for bringing this to my sexy attention, it turns out Cuz hosted his forum avatar on lycos.nl, I have stored his avatar locally and ammended his profile so you shouldnt get this alert anymore.

PS: Empty your browser cache or else you may end up viewing a local copy of the older page with the alert.

use a proper browser and don't use google chrome and you won't have problem, members.lycos.nl has a huge number of members probably 1 of which was onced used by a hacker so google blocks every member let your AV software check your websites cos google don't know [sh*t]
