Godz, try the following mate:
1> Download the latest PBSETUP v3.4.
2> Find the PB folder in your BC2 installation dir and delete everything inside of it....leaving an empty PB folder
3> Run PBSETUP, add BC2 to the list of games, check for update, it will download the latest PB files
4> Make sure both the PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe service have access to the internet (check your firewall settings).
5> Make sure the following ports are open for BC2:
:: 18390 TCP Outgoing
:: 18395 TCP Outgoing
:: 18395 UDP Outgoing
:: 13505 TCP Outgoing
:: 80 TCP Outgoing
...see how you get on.
From my experience of PB with FC1, its best to manually delete all PB files when new ones are available as PB sometimes keeps old files and this could (only guessing) cause some issues with handshaking and how PB interacts with the game and servers.
EDIT:

Yup, servers are running older version of PB, hence server-client mismatch equals kick.
Some servers have "R5" in their name, otherwise go for ones without PB on.
