new monitor

i got myself a new monitor
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/164045 and it is the sex but now my fps is sufering i get a 125 but it can drop down quite a bit wen alots going on is there any way i can sort it cos my old 19" was always at 125 fps

what resolution did u use on your old monitor was it 1280x1024 per chance
because u now use 1920x1080 res putting more strain on your gfx card
answer....drop the res if ur system cant handle it/or turn off some in game setting if you like you new resolution

1920x1080 = 16:9
try 1360x768 or 1280x720 if you can select them

Or 1680 by 1050, that is what mine is on with an HD3870 and i run it on 125fps

1680x1050 is 16:10 his monitor is 16:9 so 1680x1050 wouldn't look right

With my [f*cked] up aim I might give that a go, I always seem to shoot a tad too high
