mobo ,cpu (preffer amd or intel or not bothered as long as its cheap and does the job) ,hdd (size if possible in price range or willing to add the extra),ram (amount preffered 2gb or 4),dvd drive ,case (again as long as its a case ur not bothered ),graphix (mid range or high or just enough to run games mentioned @ a medium config without breaking the piggy bank)
also are you an overclocker (this is a highly valid point and consider it as price bracket may determin this factor )

no offence its a case and holds the shite in it .450 watt psu.this is upto you realy and will either add or subtrack from price .you could even buy one without psu then purchase that seperate one i got that i found verry good
