High performance thermal transfer compound, containing about 70% silver powder.
it can make about 3-5° difference on a bare cpu like an old athlon, but on new lidded cpu's best result is take the lid off and reseat it with artic silver then use it again between lid and HSF. Dont use too much though it is highly electrically conductive and a tiny bit will short out shitloads
