im suprised so many calibra's made it to the event - and didnt break down on the way. I see a couple crashed through the Halfords shop window on the way there too

they all broke down there ice and luckily some1 had a camera :P

It looks like the carpark had a slope on it Bowzer, so hopefully by unplugging their neons, their 'i get laid once a year' flashing LED signs and skull gear levers with LED eyes, they had enough power left to jump start them before people turned up and started rofl'ing on the floor at that red 'super charger bonnet bulge' one.

Is it just me, or at the start of the vid when Zux pulled up did they swarm over and were like (Im lip reading) ....

"OMG, look at that....a Calibra ....yeah....yeah its a Calibra...in white yeah, its dam bomb yo wicked innit. Look, it even has a rear end too wow"

I also noticed at 2:17 one of the owners has a shopping list on his door, whethers its a list of parts he wants to get, or list of parts that havent yet been changed on the car I dont know.

The white one with the body kit is ugly. we all took the piss and told him if he wanted an Evo he should have bought one.

As for reliability my car is used everyday and has never let me down. Although the green one with the dragon on the bonnet broke down on the way back to York.

Dont take my comments to heart mate - just winding you up.

They're not that bad on reliability, though I hear you need to keep on top of the timing belt servicing or theres a good chance it will go 'bye bye' and bend your valves into the shape of a jessica rabbit dildo.

There are some fugly body kits out there (a couple on the Supra too) and whilst they may 'stand out from the crowd', they do so because they look crap. I thought the red one (with power bulge) looked worse than the white 'halfords' one, most of the bonnet bulges I've seen on cheap body kits arent proper ducted intakes - basically making them a wind break which puts extra stress on the bonnet at speed lol.

Mine is a chipped 2.0L 16v Ecotec. And your right about the belt.
As for owners club we get discount at Vauxhall Dealerships for everything, Cheaper car insurance from a specialist car insurer and answers and help with any problem we encounter up to ppl driving to your house to give you a hand to fix it.

Agree with the Lump on Barrachops bonnet. He is having it blended in to the bonnet and thats his cold air induction feed. I'm having mine converted to cold air induction but done much more discreetly in the towing panel cover. Will be a 40mill hole with proper edging and mesh,.
