Apparently, "Cheese Eating Surrender Monkeys" was first coined by the Scots geezer in The Simpsons... :)



Btw... I've just watched "Apocalypse Now - Redux", and (when they meet the French settlers on their plantation) it mentions that the VietMin were created by the US of A to fook the French off out of French Indonesia...
And then got shagged themselves by their own creation!!! :lol:

French paras jumping out at 80-90m... (which doesn't work very well) and getting slaughtered when the VC dragged their artillery up impassible mountains & waited for the rain (so no air cover) before attacking!!!


Is that really how it happened?!? :?
