Nope they're irish immigrants too, the scots are a mix of irish & french (william wallace was from a french family), Maybe the Cornish and those from Brittany (I know it's in france but the clues in the name) can maybe trace they're roots back to pre romano britan (although brittany came about because some britans wanted to stay in the roman empire)
Only the norfolkies are true bretons, they're so inbred they can trace there ancestry back to Bodica which is more than can be said for the current royal family (bloody germans)
