From the interview of ButtonBandits with Clint Hocking:
Far Cry 2 will support single core processors, but only the fastest ones. Dual core will also run, but quad core processors are the ideal ones to use with FC2. Clint also says you will need a kick ass graphics card.
I guess we can put together our shopping list now
