I got Tier 1 via a Steam sale, so it'll update for me via that.

Mmm - I seem to remember that I started the game and it told me that there was a new update... then the update started when I restarted MoH.

From EA:

When an update is released for Medal of Honor Multiplayer just follow these steps (not for the Steam version which has its own updating method) to get the latest version of the game.
Navigate to your install directory
Click into MP directory
Run mohupdater as administrator
Once it has checked for a new version click Yes to get the latest version
The game will launch once the update has been applied
If you are launching Games on Vista and Windows 7 the shortcut for Multiplayer is already pointing to the updater, the game will launch after it has the update.

Did all that guys including running the updater as an admin, it keeps hanging half way through DL..
